B A C K G R O U N D
Norman Comeaux is an attorney and former legal counsel for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he advised on a broad range of legal, operational, and administrative matters. Before joining the FBI, he served as a state prosecutor handling criminal cases and courtroom proceedings.
In addition to his legal practice, Norman has extensive experience in mediation, dispute resolution, and administrative hearings. His work includes mediating employment disputes through the EEOC's mediation program, facilitating workplace conflict resolution within the FBI, and serving as a hearing officer for the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
Norman also provides legal instruction and training to law enforcement professionals across the country. His combined experience as an attorney, mediator, hearing officer, and instructor informs a practical, structured approach to dispute resolution.
